These Terms govern your use of the ProudlyHuman Certified Job Seeker service ("Service"), operated by 23 First Corporation trading as Proudly Human ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a certification, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
We provide an automated review of documents you upload (such as a CV or cover letter) and, on a passing review, issue a digital certificate confirming that, at the time of submission, the documents were produced by you and not predominantly generated by an AI model.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, hash and verify those documents to deliver the Service. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Certification scope
A certificate is an opinion based on automated analysis at the time of submission. It is not a guarantee, an endorsement, or a substitute for an employer's own due diligence. We may revoke a certificate at any time if we discover the underlying documents were misrepresented.
5. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunded or charged-back certifications are revoked.
6. Prohibited use
You must not submit documents you do not own, submit documents on behalf of another person, attempt to circumvent the certification process, or use the Service to deceive employers or any other party.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the certification giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in‑app notice.
