Refund Policy

Because each verification process consumes paid processing and produces a permanent, third‑party verifiable record, applications are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refunds in the following cases: - A technical fault on our side prevented you from downloading or sharing your certificate. - A duplicate charge was made for the same certification. - You request a refund within 24 hours of certification and your certificate has not been verified by any third party. Revocation on refund Refunded certifications are automatically revoked. The verification page will then show the certificate as no longer valid. This is irreversible.
