Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 23 First Corporation, trading as Proudly Human, collects and uses personal information when you use the ProudlyHuman Certified Job Seeker service.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, preferred language, password hash.
  • Documents you upload (CV, cover letter), and a SHA‑256 hash of each document.
  • Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see your card number).
  • Basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security.

How we use it

  • To process your certification, issue a certificate and let third parties verify it.
  • To send account, billing and certification-related emails.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models.
  • We do not share your documents with anyone.

Retention

Documents and certificates are retained for the lifetime of your account unless you delete them or your account. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Account Settings, or by emailing support@proudlyhuman.org. EU and UK residents have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Sub‑processors

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and DNS). Each processes data on our behalf under a data‑processing agreement.
